- E' ufficiale: la colonna sonora del prossimo film di 007 "Quantum of Solace", su cui si erano fatti i nomi nei mesi precedenti di artisti come Amy Winehouse, Beyoncé, Leona Lewis e Duran Duran, si chiamerà "Another Way To Die" e sarà un duetto tra Alicia Keys e Jack White dei White Stripes.
- E' stato leakato in rete un nuovo pezzo di Whitney Houston. E' un duetto con Akon e si chiama "Like I Never Left".
- Uscirà a fine 2008/inizio 2009 il nuovo album di Timbaland. Tra le collaborazioni, confermate quelle di Linkin Park, Akon, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Jonas Brothers, Jordin Sparks, Madonna, Rihanna, T.I., T-Pain e Cher.
